It is easy to remove and attach, allowing for easy cleaning and maintenance of piping and equipment. This is a custom-made product that can be designed and manufactured from one piece to match the shape of the insulation heating surface, usage environment, and temperature conditions. Depending on the application, we carefully select materials for the outer layer, inner layer, and sewing thread, and it is compatible with insulation heating surfaces for piping and equipment systems, vacuum chambers, and various devices and instruments. It can accommodate heating temperatures from 180°C to 1000°C. Temperature sensors and fixed-temperature thermostats (for overheating prevention) can be sewn in. Temperature control is achieved through a separately sold temperature management system.
